Many companies stumble into growth because they win a big contract, or suddenly get distribution or big new wave of customers.
What they didn’t do was to prepare the company foundations so that it could support the growth. What we see happen is that all that new revenue gets sucked into the system and very little gets pumped out as profit because the company wasn’t build to handle the capacity.
