About Spirit West

For more than three decades, Spirit West Management has worked alongside business owners, shareholders, boards, and management teams as they navigated growth, complexity, transition, and value creation.

Over that time, we have worked with more than 300 companies across a wide range of industries.

The businesses were different.

The challenges were often remarkably similar.

Growth creates new demands on leadership.

Decision-making becomes more complex.

Accountability becomes harder to maintain.

Communication slows.

Responsibilities overlap.

What worked at one stage of growth no longer works at the next.

Many leaders assume the problem is obvious.

In our experience, the issue attracting attention is often a symptom of something deeper.

That is why we focus on leverage points.

Leverage points are the places where a focused change creates a disproportionate result.

They influence profitability, leadership capacity, organizational effectiveness, business value, and future options.

Our role is not to tell leaders what to think.

Our role is to help them see what is already happening, understand the implications, and identify where to focus first.

We work with companies that want more than growth for growth’s sake.

And ultimately, a business that is easier to lead, easier to grow, and easier to transition.

Because growth alone does not create freedom.

The right leverage points do.
