Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) relating to your purchase of any products, services or programs from Spirit West.com an online brand of Spirit West Management, Ltd (the “Provider” or the “Promoter” or “Spirit West”).

By scheduling a phone call, you (the “Customer” or “You”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for our Program.

The following Terms are subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of the Provider. Please visit the site regularly for updates.

PRODUCT AND SERVICES USE AND PURCHASE DETAILS

Satisfaction Guarantee

When we say, Satisfaction Guaranteed, we mean we want to help you use the information you receive in phone calls or through any of the products or services you have purchased in a way that gets you results. That’s why we have offered 60-day guarantee. If you read our books, watched the videos and done the homework we suggest and can honestly say that you have not learned anything that would help you and/or your company, then you may call us so we can provide you. To activate your guarantee you must write to us at [email protected] or call us (604-306-7707) and we will prorate your refund. If you call before 30 days are complete since your date of purchase, we will refund you 100% of your product or service price.

Confidentiality

Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Provider will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights. The laws of the province of British Columbia will prevail in any action.
